born and raised in Garðabær, Iceland. I graduated with a B.A. degree in graphic design/communication arts from the Iceland Academy of the Arts, Reykjavík, Iceland in the spring of 2008 and then got my MFA. in Visual Effects at the Academy of Art University, fall 2011.
I enjoy TV commercial, music videos, illustration & motion graphics. In short, I love making things move, my own illustrations / ideas or someone else’s, & creating interesting illusions, because what is a commercial or a feature film but an illusion created by the artist for the audience.
