Our preference is to work in a co-creation mode with the companies and executives with whom we engage to encourage experimentation in this ripe area of development. For example, in the co-creation partnership we have established with Nokia we have been able to build state of the art mobile phone based learning.

Our preference is to use technology wisely to boost performance, and we have our own learning technologies that can be integrated with client learning portals. We believe that action-based and technology-enabled learning reduces costs and can engage virtual teams to the same extent as co-located teams.
