  They're plain .mov files, so I use Quicktime or iMovie. If you're using QT Pro, you can export to variety of other formats.

  It's actually an Aiptek "Action HD 1080p" from Walmart of all places. It's not great, but it was pretty cheap. It does 1080p at 30FPS, and 720p at 30 or 60FPS. So far I've only shot 1080 - I need to see if shooting at 60FPS helps the indoor quality.
