The Institute for Civic Leadership (ICL) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to INSPIRE and to EDUCATE students to be global leaders and to provide ACT opportunities in educational development, public health service, poverty alleviation, peace initiatives, and environmental protection. To date, the ICL has inspired thousands of students and teachers in peace education and international understanding. The ICL has also sent hundreds of students and teachers to build homes in Peru, construct schools in India and Kenya, clean rivers in Costa Rica, and rebuild communities in Sri Lanka.
