IDEX Fellowship in Social Enterp
Launched in early 2010, the IDEX Fellowship in Social Enterprise is a unique early entry professional development program for post-graduates, having no more than two years of work experience, interested in the field of social enterprise. Managed by Oglethorpe University with sponsorship from Gray Matters Capital of Atlanta, fellows work alongside social enterprise leaders serving low-income communities to develop a blue print for change. Fellows then execute that practical plan within the enterprise. The combination of ideas and execution is transformational—for the enterprise and for the fellow—and through these two words the name IDEX was born.
