    I'm familiar with the hacking process (I currently use the GH2 @ 88Mbps). But I wasn't aware of an option in PTool to enable higher ISOs during video recording.

    Philip, RED lower resolution modes are not sharp because they don't use the whole sensor. Since RED uses bayer sensors, they need the whole resolution of the sensor to resolve less actual resolution than the pixel count.

    For example, Epic 5K resolves 4K. RED One 4K resolves 3.2K.

    The thing is, claiming the GH2 used in right (and only possible) is better than the RED used in the wrong way makes for some great misinformation.
