This is the same as a Slingbox, it doesn't deliver real true HD. The feed is still compressed to MPEG2, which is still 4:2:0 chroma sampling. The Intensity Pro captures true 720p60 and 1080i HD into 4:2:2 chroma sampling. If your purpose is to capture to Youtube, it's a good solution. But for true HD, go for the Intensity Pro.

Just as a heads up, if you get it working, please do NOT post your results here at Vimeo due to the new rule. A alternative site to host your encoded files is FileFront at filefront.com

I have possibly successfully overclocked my Q6700 to 3.2Ghz (400Mhz X 8) on a ASUS P5K-VM Board with the same cooler you right now have, andwine. (So cheap yet so effective! I got it for $30CDN) Idles are 1.41-1.43v and 40-41c and loads are 1.36-1.368v and 54-57c in mild ambient temps and 51-53c in cool ambient temps. Ran BOINC with SETI@home with one workunit per core on and off for 12 hours and didn't BSOD yet. At lower voltages and 320Mhz X 10, I BSODed after a while on full load after 15 minutes. DRAM ratio is 1:1 with a FSB of 1600Mhz (DDR2-800Mhz RAM is being used, I changed to Corsair XMS2 2x2GB sticks.)

I'm now stress testing again with 4 climatepredicti on.net workunits for as long as possible.

Edit (July 20): It looks like a successful overclock, unfortunately my motherboard does not have built-in RAID... still need to resolve that issue.

Vegas 7.0e, and I rendered in XviD in 1080p60. I rendered the audio and video separately, then muxed the MP3 and XviD together in VirtualDubMod.

Fixed. Thank goodness I didn't encode titles into the video.

Actually, it did just get sorted out (sorta). I re-upgraded to 2.0 after 1.8.4 still dropped frames and was crashing on Vista SP1. I connected a separate SATA capture drive directly into the motherboard and I captured 2 minutes without dropping frames. The last problem is that the drive is FAT32 and I don't want to convert it to NTFS. I'm considering a 2 drive PCI based (not PCI-E) hardware RAID or just a new SATA drive. (Software RAIDs put load on the CPU) I'm concerned whether PCI has enough speed to do uncompressed HD. If not, one drive and a Cineform upgrade down the line would suffice.
