Jonah D. Ansell is CEO & Chief Storyteller (Chief Creative Officer) of JAMS Productions, a boutique integrated marketing and creative content production firm in Los Angeles. He and his creative work have been featured in the New York Times, USA Today, Elle, Vogue, Onion A.V. Club, Los Angeles Times, MTV, HBO, NBC, CBS and FOX. He is writer/director of CADAVER, starring Back to the Future’s Christopher Lloyd, Rookie Magazine’s Tavi Gevinson and Academy Award winner Kathy Bates. The film, featuring the music of Neil Young and Pet Shop Boys, was published as a graphic novel (Academy Chicago Publishers) and unveiled at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago (2013). Ansell is also writer/director of the forthcoming anti-gun fable MOOSE, starring Samuel L. Jackson. He has created award winning strategies and content for top brands such as Unilever, Hyatt and Nissan. Ansell is an award-winning MFA graduate of the USC School of Cinematic Arts and a magna cum laude graduate of Amherst College. He originally hails from the hard-knock cul-de-sacs of Oak Park, IL, a suburb of Chicago. He is represented by Wheeler Management, William Morris Endeavor and Greenberg Traurig.
