I figured it out, i uploaded it as a .mov from final cut at first, so then i uploaded again as mp4. But the quality of the video is pretty bad, is there anything I can do about that?

I tried uploading a video last night, the first time the encoding failed and the second time it seemed to upload successfully but it won't play. There is just a strange bar screen. It took parts of my free MB away and now I can't upload it again. I reall
