Born in 1956 in Warsaw.1976-1981 studied at the Faculty of Graphic Art, Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts. He showed his works in above 100 individual exhibitions in Poland and abroad. He designed posters for the Opera House Bielefeld, Schauspiel Bonn and St. Gallen in Switzerland. Professor of International Summeracademy Salzburg. From 2003 Head of Illustration Studio at Academy of Fine Arts Warsaw. Draughtsman, graphic artist, author of installations and posters, poet. His works are held in collections of the National Museums in Warsaw and in Poznan, the Museum of Caricature Warsaw, the Poster Museum in Wilanow, Academy of Fine Arts Central Library in Cracow, the Tatra Museum in Zakopane, the Wilhelm-Busch-Museum Hannover, the Landesmuseum Münster, the Mönchehaus Museum für Moderne Kunst Goslar, the Museum of Modern Art Toyama, the Lahti Art Museum, the Musée d’Histoire Contemporaine, Paris, Les Silos Maison du Livre et de l'Affiche Chaumont, Ruppertinum and Sammlung der Stadt Salzburg, Kleines Plakatmuseum Bayreuth, Victoria and Albert Museum London and in many privat collections in Poland and abroad.
