    Thank you for the reply Ian. Thankfully I received a notice 20 minutes after you replied stating the video had finished & it's online now. It's an iPhone 4 .MOV video. I simply uploaded the video while my iPhone was attached via USB to my PC.

    I uploaded a 7 minute iPhone 4 .MOV video 3 hours ago and it hasn't started converting. I uploaded the same video last night and by this morning it hadn't started converting. I'm a plus customer. Are there issues>
