I am a Chicago native and first generation Mexican American.
My first film ‘El Evangelista’ won the 2006 Chicago Latino Film Festival’s “AUDIENCE CHOICE AWARD” and acquired international distribution after screening in New York at the 2007 New York International Latino Film Festival.
My second feature ‘Death Do Us Part’ was recently honored with the “BEST FEATURE FILM” award by the Naperville Independent Film Festival and was nominated for "BEST DIRECTOR" and "BEST ACTRESS". It is currently available at AMAZON INSTANT VIDEO.
I am also an accomplished singer/songwriter with an album available on iTunes.
