Jean-Julien Pous is a French filmmaker who explores animation combined with live-action.
His short films are embracing both Chinese and French culture. They evoque existentialism, sensuality and sometimes absurd humor. These shorts have been awarded and screened in festivals around the
world. He directed several commercials and music videos for French, Chinese and American clients. He released a documentary about strangers met in Beijing. He also worked on interactive films for Chinese, Arabian and Danish museums.
He's now in Seoul teaching animation in Kookmin University while developping new projects.
