I've been repeatedly trying to upload my file via Chrome, takes about 5 hours each time, and it keeps failing.... Do you have any idea why this is? I am following the guidelines and have uploaded this format in the past...very frustrating

Hello I have had an account with Vimeo for several years now - and the reason I do it is because you guys allow me to upload any video up to 5gb in size, now tonight I'm trying to upload a 4.73gb video and i am being told that I am exceeding my limits.
