Jeremy Teicher Plus
Jeremy is in post-production on his first feature length narrative film, "Grand comme le Baobab" (Tall as the Baobab Tree), inspired by the true stories from his Student Academy Award nominated documentary "This Is Us: Video Stories from Senegalese Youth."
Backed by a Lombard Public Service Fellowship (Dartmouth College) and equipment sponsorships from Canon, Kodak, Zeiss, Marshall, Zacuto, Jag35, Kessler, Ikan, and Birns and Sawyer, the movie was shot on location in a rural Senegalese village without electricity and is the first international feature film in the colloquial Pulaar language.
Jeremy's latest narrative short film, "Foursquare Day," screened at festivals across the country including screenings at Comic-Con and WonderCon and the Los Angeles International Children’s Film Festival in 2011. Jeremy’s music videos and online comedy shorts have received tens of thousands of Youtube hits.
Jeremy graduated from Dartmouth College in 2010.
