In charge of starting up a department from scratch, building a team and supervising three different companies around Europe, who created other contracted games.
My duties included:
- Managing a department of animators to create games from start to finish.
- Recruiting animators
- Creating games from concept to final prodruction (including sketching, modelling, animating, presentations, and working with IT department for final result)
- Supervising other games being made externally
- Attending management committees to decide on future projects and making sure all deadlines are met.
- I have taken the responsibility to travel to many countries and fairs ( Las Vegas, London…etc.) for market research

During my time here I had been involved in many commercials (film and TV), for clients such as Mc Donalds, Coca-cola, Tetra Pack, Vue, etc; I was also working on a two long term project (documentary) for the BBC called “Walking with Dinosaurs. Episode 2”.From start to end.
