I live in Los Angeles and for fun I like to shoot and edit high definition video. My portrait picture shows my invention called the "SteadyJim". Basically, it's a folding metal stock taken from a Russian SKS assault rifle. I had a machinist bend a piece of aluminum to make a mount for my Sony HDR-HC1 HD camcorder. It makes for a nice steady shot. Great for "run and gun" as they say. If anyone in the Los Angeles area has an idea for a video and needs some help...let me know. I'm strictly low budget but can get the job done. Always looking for a new project.
