Jesse Krompier is an award-winning writer/director with a catalogue of over 40 short films, 50 short scripts and stories, and 4 feature screenplays.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Jesse achieved his BA in Film and Media Studies at Stanford University ‘10, where he was also a leading board member of the Stanford Film Society and helmed the Advanced Filmmakers Workshop.
Jesse’s film L’escargot won Best Director and the Audience Award at the 2009 Stanford Film Festival. His comedy short The Fan won Best Live Action/Narrative at the 2009 UCLA Shorttakes Film Festival. In addition, Jesse’s Flame On won Best Comedy at the Stanford Film Festival in 2010.
