Joe Windham is the Small Groups Pastor at Harvest Church in Billings, Montana. With over 18 years of experience in Small Group Ministry, he is a respected Small Groups Innovator, Pastor, and Bible Teacher with a passion for cultivating vibrant small group communities.

Joe also provides small group consulting and resources to churches that are part of the Florida West Coast Purpose Driven Network. He has also developed Small Groups Consulting Inc, an effective small group resource for all seeking to lead small groups through creative innovation and collaborative efforts.

Joe’s latest creative work has been on simplifying small group campaigns. He has developed, implemented, and proven a small group campaign strategy that includes three phases: LeaderLink-Raising up new small group leaders, Small Group Basic Training-Effectively training each new small group leader, & GroupLink-Connecting group seekers into new small groups. In addition, Joe’s latest article featured by SmallGroups.com was entitled “Trauma Free Multiplication”, a must read.

Joe, his beautiful wife, and awesome three daughters live in Tampa, Florida. He enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing, and golf.
