Johnny Coffeen is a passionate, young filmmaker. His debut short film "Happy Medium" premiered in March 2011 at The Huntington Library in San Marino, California. Coffeen made Happy Medium as an introductory piece to artist John Frame and to capture Frame's transition from sculpture to stop-motion animation filmmaking. He also edited John Frame's first film "Three Fragments of a Lost Tale" as well as assisted with the animation.
