I'm using Vimeo to store the videos I share as part of my work as a writer, media anthropologist and digital storyteller. I do a lot of travelling because I believe you need to meet and understand people's achievements in their own surroundings. I focus on what problems people have solved. Have discovered the importance of embedding videos on other sites.
Critical Distance is the name of the company founded by media "insultant" Jonathan Marks in 2003 after more than 20 years in the traditional broadcasting business. He currently resides in The Netherlands, but travels the world.
For news on what I am doing today, including news and musings I would like to share, check out the Critical Distance Weblog. You can reach it via jonathanmarks.com. I am also running a special blog called "What Caught My Eye" for those in the radio and podcasting business. Bookmark both blogs (or sign-up to the RSS feeds) and seize the opportunity to share your thoughts too.
