If you would take those animations, double or triple the faces of the models and bake some normal maps onto them you would have a very good foundation for a PSN or XBL game.

With the right engine and a talented coder making a download able title for current gen consoles is very feasible.
I recommend you looking into Unreal engine since its royality free for use until you make more than 50k with your game, at that point you can either buy the engine or pay royalties.

While mobile gaming is somewhat interesting a game like this without a gamepad and tight controls is barely touching the surface of what would be possible.

Making levels might be more of a pain because it would be a actual 3D game but download titles dont need to look like BF3 to be successful gameplay matters much more.
