Jorie started performing at the young age of 6 in a small community recreation center in San Juan, Puerto Rico. There she studied Drama and Ballet while her grandmother took knitting classes. Not to long after that her family moved to Florida, where she did not participate in any arts till age 13, when she became involved in Color Guard and Dance. In college she began acting for fun while studying Fashion and Costuming at International Fine Arts College, but soon realized her love was in front of the camera. She's made many student and short films, has worked for Disney World as a Princess, and done theater and several independent films since 1998. Apart from continuing her studies in the Arts, she works in Production, Casting, and in Marketing.
