    Love the video! While not as impressive as your groups equipment, I did lug my Nikon D7000 on a monopod as well as a glidetrack to create my own piece. Well worth the weight. :)

    Thank you Ray! I had a battery grip for my Nikon so that I could swap out AA's. The idea was that I'd bring enough so that if I ran out I could by a fresh supply in Tuolomne Meadows. In hindsight it would have been more weight efficient to have 3 internal batteries. Still not sure what the best solution is.
