Graduated with Honors from New York City’s prestigious School of Visual Arts (SVA) with a BFA in Film/Video, Concentration in Cinematography. PLACEBO is Justin Ho's thesis film and first feature. It is currently going around the festival circuit, were so far it has screened at, The Calgary International Film Festival. It won home grown collage feature at the Garden State Film Festival. Nominated for best showcase feature at the Soho International Film Festival. And a remi award winner at WorldFest Houston. As an undergraduate at SVA, he wrote and directed eleven short films. His collage freshman year film SILENCE won Best College Student Film at the Garden State Film Festival. At the age of 19, Justin became the youngest filmmaker to have a film ENAMOUR officially selected to the Internationales Filmfest Oldenburg. Justin’s next short film, INCONCLUSIVE, was officially selected the following year at the Soho International Film Festival in New York City.
