Ken Ochiai
Ken Ochiai made his first film at age 12. Immediately following his high school graduation, he left his hometown of Tokyo to pursue his dream of becoming a film director in the United States. Prior to receiving his Master’s degree in directing from AFI, he graduated from the USC’s School of Cinematic Arts (Production) where he has made more than 20 short films; one of them, PHOENIX, won the Special Jury Award at San Giovanni International Film Festival in Rome, and another, EXPRESS 831, won the Bronze Award at the First Look 2.0 and was aired on PBS. Ken is currently working on a short film, TRAUMEREI, and developing two feature scripts.
