Hey Jiri,
I'm happy for you, you found the problem and are satisfied with the result ;)
But: Normaly it has nothing to do with the file-format but with your capture settings ;) It might just be the settings for AVI are better then for WMV capture. But your filesize will massivly increase I think.
Keep it up ;)
