KM Charity Team commented on Getting error messages over email saying "your video failed to convert correctly" in the Forums

Same thing is happening to me, uploaded a video that works perfectly but received an email saying that it failed to convert correctly. I hope that it won't delete the video in a day like it said it would in the email.
