Katherine E. Scharhon is a New York based actor, writer, and artist. As an actor, Scharhon’s feature film credits include Chance and Wendy Hale in Guy Maddin's internationally acclaimed Brand Upon The Brain!, and the upcoming indie film Bastards Of Young. Short film credits include: Academy Award winner God Of Love, Bravo!FACT winner La Revue, and festival pick Monkey, Take Off Your Mask!. Her theater credits include work with Seattle Repertory Theatre, Steppenwolf Theatre Company, ACT Theatre, SOHO REP, and Time Out New York critic favorites: The Management and Half Straddle. As a writer, Scharhon’s feature film script Rules For Drowning was selected for IFP's Emerging Narrative Program, and is currently in development. Originally from Seattle, Scharhon is a graduate of Cornish College of the Arts.
