Only wonder... why shooting in 30p instead of 24p directly? I´d undestand it maybe shooting in 50p or 60p -to try avoiding some jello cam-.

Did you use any post trick for the punches (like time remapping, erasing or painting punch frames...)?

Lens and shutter speed?
