L. Ashwyn Collins
L. Ashwyn Collins is a time-based audiovisual artist employing video, sound, photography, and installation. Much of her work explores temporal and spatial issues of perception, desire, power, and agency within the context of the mundane. She received an MFA in New Media from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2010. In recent years, she has exhibited work in galleries and film festivals throughout Europe, North America, and the Middle East. Currently, she is an adjunct instructor at the University of Illinois.
