I have over ten years experience in science visualization, producing a wide variety of products; from large-format HD 3D animations to interactive educational tools.
My most recent project, the development of a 3D learning-biology app, Powers of Minus Ten (POMT), came out of an NSF grant I was awarded through my company, Green-Eye Visualization (GEV). POMT is available through iTunes and the web for iPhone/iPad, PC, and Mac. It was recently featured in Science Magazine, among other publications, as part of the 2011 Science Visualization Challenge.
As an artist and a researcher, I am most interested in the interactions between human culture and science - especially when these interactions give rise to the synthesis of new scientific ideas, reformed educational practice, or changes in perception.
