Luis Dias is Manager, Main Skipper and Pelagic Tours Leader for a Nature Tourism company. We also are consultant in Tourism Management for another company. Luis has an Ocean Skipper Certificate and guide people through the Atlantic waters around Madeira Island. His academic formation in Marine Biology and Fisheries together with is experience in several research projects in marine birds ecology and cetaceans conservation on atlantic islands (Azores, Madeira, Cape Verde) allow him to lead pelagic tours with all knowledge.
