I have been an artist for most of my life. Whether beginning to play music when I was five, or starting to draw around the same time, I have always been inspired by art, and it has taken root as one of the foundations of who I am. I formerly trained in fine art under the direction of Jeff Bass and Marit Guild. By the age of eighteen, however, I realized fine art was not the direction I wanted to head in, so I ventured into graphic design. In all honesty, I was pretty horrible at first. But after attending Pensacola State College, where one of my instructors really pushed me to get serious, I began to focus in design and developed the skills and artistic eye I needed to excel as an artist. Since then, I have worked for Reel Centric as a senior production artist, then as creative director for Liberty Church. Currently, I am a senior in the motion media program at Savannah College of Art and Design-The University for Creative Careers, focusing in film, motion graphics, and photography. I have been extremely blessed to have a lot of freelance opportunities, and I am very excited to see what the future holds.
