I worked for Harper's Bazaar Taiwan as a features editor before relocating to New York to study media theory at New School University. Instead of gluing to the desks in the library, most of my time was spent in various venues in the city seeing movies and observing crazies.
Why did I become an editor? A brief stint as a waitress, video store clerk and set PA confirmed my interest in seeing movies, sitting down and wearing jeans and T-shirt to work. Editing as a career choice effortlessly fulfills the humble(or lazy) wishes, as a craft magically weaves together sight and sound that never ceases to fascinate.
I spent the first half of the 2000s working on various reality TV shows and the later half on branded content. Since 2010, I have been working at Aol. for their short form web content of music, finance and fashion.
