I have been shooting real estate videos for the past 5 years, have my real estate license, and helped 2 top agents in San Francisco gain extreme success as a result of using video in their business. I am currently shooting videos for many agents, as well as for businesses, apps, and agencies, in the San Francisco Bay Area. I also assist in advice on where and how to post your video as well as marketing and PR.
I have many samples of work upon request, but I have included just a few on this site to get right to the best variety. I shoot on a Panasonic Lumix GH3 DSLR camera -- and do all the producing and editing myself. I offer script driven or agent led videos. I excel in making people look and sound great on video... even if they've never done it before! I am a one-man-band. Here's a bit about me:
Maggie specializes in giving those who can't make it to a property-- a guided tour with the agent so they feel as if they have been through the property without having to set foot in the home. She also gives needed perspective to the home-- letting viewers know exactly how it is laid out with techniques learned through her work in in National Television and shooting and producing on her own for over 15 years. This is nice for overseas buyers and those who just can't make it to the property.
Previously, Maggie was a producer for the television shows Extra and E! Entertainment Television/Style Network in Los Angeles. She covered events such as the OJ Simpson Trial, NY Fashion Week and one of the first home design shows, "Shabby Chic". Upon moving to San Francisco, she was the press relations manager at Macy's West for two years before starting her own PR firm for six. Additionally, for five years she was the in-house videographer for the interactive technology and projection company, Obscura Digital-- creating case study videos for clients including Google, YouTube, HP, Adobe, Hard Rock Cafe, to name a few.
Maggie grew up in Marin and resides there now with her husband and 3 year old son. Maggie ran competitively in college and received her BA in English and minor in Journalism from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte.
