This is an excellent video. It took me a few minutes to realize the casual interviewers did not include Peter Young. The visuals were viscerally effective. The cow hanging by one foot and thrashing about is heartbreaking. People shield themselves from seeing what happens to the animals they want to eat or wear. This video is needful reportage. A reality check long overdue.
