Mandeep Photography and beyond
Mandeep Photography and Beyond is an independent organization, based in Rome, dedicated to documentary photography and to developments in visual culture – rich soil for new ideas to grow on. Mandeep (a Sanskrit word that means ‘lamp of the mind’) is a group of curators, photographers and communication experts that creates and develops cultural projects and that is always open to new input and new contacts. The organization has a specialized bookshop and a gallery showing both international renowned artists and projects of young photographers. Mandeep also organizes workshops and lectures.
