Welcome to Mortar & Pestle Films! We’re Josiah & Julia, a cinematography team based out of Denver, Colorado. Our passion for creating videos is what brought us together, and we’ve been inseparable ever since. We’ve created over 100 videos with eachother, so while working side by side we know exactly how to compliment each other’s strenghts.
We make promotional videos for a wide range of companies, and modern wedding films at a price you can afford. We’re constantly brainstorming and collaborating new ideas for videos and are super passionate about what we do. Occasionally, you might even catch us shouting in celebration from behind our cameras over the shot we just captured.
We both graduated from The Art Institute of Colorado in 2012 with Bachelor's Degrees in "Digital Filmmaking & Video Production" and "Visual Effects & Motion Graphics".
