My body of work is informed by an eye for direction, passion for strong storytelling and depth of experience in the media world.
Before working as a director, I was previously Vice-President of Stellar Mega Films, China’s leading privately-held media conglomerate, where I was part of the production team which put together major blockbusters like Peter Chan’s Wuxia and led negotiations for the first Sino-French animated co-production, Evolution Man, a €27 million production between Stellar and French media giant, Pathe.
I started my career in film as Hong Kong correspondent for leading trade publication Variety, as well as the Hong Kong International Film Festival and the Asian Film Awards.
