Marina is a partner at Pentagram Design. A film maker and graphic designer with an MA in Graphic design at the Royal College of Art.
Amongst other films, she made the film “Exposed” that introduced the exhibition of Richard Rogers in the Pompidou Centre and in the Design Museum.
Her films have been shown at Cartier Foundation in Paris, ICA in London and various prestigious film festivals like Clermont Ferrand and Rotterdam film Festival.
Before joining Pentagram as a partner, Marina was head creative director for Wolff Olins in London and led the design of projects like; the Tate logo and brand identity, Southbank Centre, Schaulager in Basel other brand identities include Beeline (Russian Telecom) Oi brand identity (Brazilian largest Telecom) and more recently the new Oxfam brand identity which will be launched soon. Marina was also part of the team that created the new brand for Macmillan Cancer support.
Marina has also been an external examiner at the Royal College of Art and was nominated for the AGI (Alliance Graphique Internationale).
Awards include best Brazilian short film in São Paulo Film Festival, 2004 and Best British Promotional Film in Promex 2000. Grand Prix in Design Effectiveness award 2002, for Oi and gold for Macmillan 2007.
