Mario Salcido is a true renaissance man at his core. His multi-faceted range of talent has provided him the opportunity to work many positions within the design & entertainment Industry.

After earning his Associates in Advertising Art & CGI Animation respectively, he began his career designing visual fx and titling for East West Media. A Tucson based commercial and televison production house, where he served under Director/Owner: David Arond. While producing content for their commercials, he was challenged to wear multiple hats and learn the business of studio and location production, through trials by fire.

Mario gained experience working on numerous commercials and training videos for clients such as; Shandwick & Noble, Microsoft "Game Bot", MinTec Mining, Richmond American Homes, Gadabout Salon & Day Spas, & EM Technologies. However, sadly, after three years of service, the company was forced to file a chapter 11.

Life after East West Media was hard, so Mario joined an employment agency and later found work as a Presentation Designer for missile defense contractor: Raytheon Missile Sytems. He is credited with designing several product line logos and conceptual art for EKV, Vigilant Eagle, Silent Striker and DEW Active Denial Sytems.

Mario Salcido continues to follow his passion and branch out into acting, as well as providing special effects for independent films on his spare time.

He is credited with several voice over/acting roles as well as directing and producing low budget films through his company: Dramatic Imagery Filmworks.

He is currently contracted through Tucson Media Studio as a Multimedia Producer, where he develops content and marketing collateral for Director/Owner Ryan Martinez.
