Mark X Jones is an award-winning documentary filmmaker and teacher. He has over 15 years experience in education and has worked across a broad range of ages, subjects and in a number of different countries (Australia, Cambodia & UK).

His personal projects have been shown around the world, whilst his work for charity has been used for advocacy, fund raising and evaluation.

He is interested in using documentary films as a powerful educational, awareness raising and networking tool. He has a strong belief that people from any background can, with appropriate mentoring and technical support, produce exceptional and personal films with strong production values that can engage others.

He principally works alone thereby keeping costs down. When necessary he will use assistants (often from the organisation that has commissioned the film) and train them as part of the project.

He has all the necessary skills to produce professional, tailor-made and value for money films for his customers. He can also be hired as a trainer and educator.
