Martin Buzora
Martin Buzora was born on June 24, 1984 in Budapest, Hungary as the younger son to parents Steven Buzora, a professional drummer and Sophie Kovacs, an art teacher. Brought up in a family of passionate travelers, Martin was exposed to different cultures from a very early age. At age 12, he moved with his family to Ontario, Canada where he lived out his teenage years. After high school, Martin was accepted into the Computer Science program at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. After completing his first year in the program Martin decided to pursue his dreams in Filmmaking instead. He worked as Assistant Director on the horror film Desperate Souls (2005) and later on completed the Film Studies program at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. His final film in school, A Woman of Wealth and Taste (2005) was a romantic drama which was featured in several independent North American film festivals including "New York International Independent Film Festival". Since then, Martin has worked as Director of Photography and Editor on several independent feature films. In 2007 Martin started "Black Fawn Films" with long-time business partner Chad Archibald.
