I started using echo machines as part of my music in the seventies and discovered live looping in 1984. While living and playing in Rio de Janeiro in 1987/88, I imagined the functions of my dream loop machine, and used prototypes of it until I created the Paradis LOOP delay in 1992, the first dedicated looping device.
This page is dedicated to what live looping has become since!
