    Sorry for the late answer!

    I am not a specialist of the sound so i don't know how to create sounds like this. I usualy use soundtrack pro where i find samples. For this video I toke the sound from Youtube.
    I search for "broken tv noise" (for example) in youtube.
    I extract the sound and i use it!
