Michael Eckels is an emerging film director from the USA. His career has progressed from literature to photography to cinema. From English teacher to journalist, to photographer with the prestigious AFP news agency and now director. He is currently taking his MFA at NYU Tisch School of the Arts. Michael maintains a broad range of visual and textual interests. Cinema, photography, poetry, essay, new media journalism, conceptual and documentary.
