User Bio

I’m a 23 year old texture artist and animator from the UK currently working as a 3D generalist at Kettle in Oxford. In November 2012 I graduated from the NCCA Bournemouth University where I studied a Masters in 3D Computer Animation, prior to this I obtained a 1st Class Honours Degree in Animation at Sheffield Hallam University.

My objective: To make things move with entertaining and interesting motion and to create beautiful and striking images.

Animation is a fusion of all my interests and talents. From the intricate creativity of art and design, to the technical skills of computing and gaming and the fluidity, precision and movement of dance and ice skating. From my childhood appreciation of Disney features to my now well refined admiration for all aspects of the medium, my love for motion, style and story-telling has developed into something I could not imagine. I strive to constantly push and exceed myself creatively and love the experience of learning new things about animation

When I'm not animating or texturing I enjoy drawing, watching films, ice skating, picnics in the sun, photography, visiting Hobbycraft, drinking tea, reading, stumbling, travelling and walking my beautiful dogs.
