    I think I am ready to give up, even after trying to use the code given in some of the examples to generate the oauth sig it is still saying oauth sig is invalid. I dont understand why we need this oauth sig to generate a search query. Hopefully when the vimeo staff get back from the holidays they can work on this.

    yes thanks ze'ev, your link def helped me get my app connected to vimeo and get oauth keys, but I am still have trouble generating the correct oauth signature to return a search query
