Michael is an appraised Information IT geek with unique record of recognized software testing, providing tech support and tutoring in the scope of information system architecture, Agile software development and printing technologies.

Michael held responsibilities of managing systems integrity and usability during incremental and milestone development cycles. In addition, he served the clients in close liaison with development teams, actively supporting core system development. Finally, Michael maintained extensive record in usability and functional testing where thinking outside the box is mandatory.

Currently, Michael has ventured into Canada and made Halifax, Nova Scotia his new home. He is employed as a BlackBerry Partner Technical Support Specialist with expertise in BlackBerry platform at Research In Motion and he can't wait to get his gears working with his new job.
